Loreto 21k Half Marathon

The association of Hotels and providers of tourist services of Loreto A. C., the Government of Loreto and the Instituto Sudcaliforniano del Deporte extend the invitation to participate in the Loreto 21k Half Marathon, considered one of the most important sporting events in the state in its third edition. The routes are already drawn in the different ways to run.

BASES

Start 21k: Hole 15 of Loreto Golf Course, Baja California Sur.

Start 2.5, 5 and 10 km: North end of Adolfo Lopez Boulevard (Mateos (Malecon).

Finish: North end of Boulevard Adolfo Lopez Mateos (Malecon).

Limited: 600 Participants.

Supply Station: They will be located at kilometer 5, 7.5, 12.5, 15, 17.5 and Finish.

Medical Services: In the area of the Start, Medical Assistance in route, and Finish, 2 Ambulances of Intensive Care, where qualified assistance personnel will be located, in addition to having a unit for attention of the contingent and medical personnel.

Recommendations: It is important to perform a medical examination prior to the event, to determine the physical condition of each participant, this, especially, is of great importance in people with a history of hypertension, asthma, heart problems and diabetes. If in the days before the race shows signs of an illness, it is suggested NOT to participate in the event. If during themcareer will present any of these symptoms such as chest pain, breathing or irregular heartbeats, you must stop your career and approach the Medical Service or notify the members of the Organizing Committee.
